Viktor Radzieta is an Advisor at Kiser Group, specializing in multifamily investment properties on Chicago’s North Side, with a focus on Lakeview and Lincoln Park. He provides clients with a hands-on, analytical approach rooted in deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals. Whether assisting in buying, selling, or repositioning a multifamily asset, Viktor brings an investor’s perspective and a value-add mindset to every transaction.
Before becoming a licensed broker, Viktor built firsthand experience as a real estate owner and operator. He personally acquired and managed multifamily properties, conducted underwriting, performed rent and market surveys, and oversaw daily operations. Additionally, he worked as a Project Manager in the construction and manufacturing industries, where he managed budgets, coordinated teams, and ensured the timely completion of complex projects.
Viktor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Leadership of Organizations from Michigan State University. He currently resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and enjoys strength training, traveling, and cooking various cuisines.
