Noah Shutan brings determination, a competitive spirit, and a fresh perspective to his position as an Associate at Kiser Group. Noah’s role encompasses a variety of critical functions: he is an active networker, a diligent underwriter, continuously studies the market to put his clients in optimal positions, and collaborates effectively with his team to achieve collective goals. He was drawn to Kiser Group by the firm’s consistent growth and its collaborative culture.

Noah built his foundation in real estate through experiences as a commercial leasing agent and a member of the office occupier sales management team of a national brokerage. These roles provided him with valuable insights into the real estate sector and honed his skills in client interaction and market analysis.

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He plays and coaches sports, travels, and loves to experience Chicago’s eclectic new restaurant scene.
