Noah Birk

Noah Birk is a Kiser Group Partner. With a track record grounded in intentionality and persistence, he sells apartment buildings and leads a team concentrating on Chicago’s south and west side neighborhoods. In his role, Noah negotiates contracts that offer optimal benefit to his clients and also dedicates significant time to mentoring new brokers in the art of selling apartment buildings. Noah’s philosophy of “paying it forward” is a reflection on his own experience and career trajectory at Kiser Group.

Noah began his career in retail leasing. In his early positions, he applied the same unyielding effort and positive attitude that he developed as a college athlete, helping him bridge the experience gap to lay the foundation for his stellar career growth. From modest beginnings, Noah has become one of Chicago’s most prolific apartment building sellers, working in tandem with his partner, Aaron Sklar.  

Noah is a graduate of Carthage College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. When devoting time to his personal life, Noah cherishes moments with his family, stays active by playing basketball, and has a passion for cooking.
