With a deep understanding of market trends, property valuation, and strategic negotiations, he works closely with both clients and brokers to maximize opportunities and achieve long-term success.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Mike built a strong track record in sales leadership at a Fortune 500 firm, where he led high-performing teams and played a key role in business development, client relations, and deal structuring. His ability to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and navigate complex transactions has been instrumental in his success within the industry.

Mike earned two degrees from Franciscan University, where he developed a strategic mindset guided by strong ethical principles. A resident of the Raleigh-Durham area, he enjoys running, working out, and considers himself a mediocre but happy golfer. Passionate about fostering meaningful connections, Mike actively participates in church activities and multifamily organizations, always eager to support brokers and teams in navigating the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
