Jake Parker

Jake Parker is a Senior Director at Kiser Group specializing in multifamily sales and condominium deconversion, particularly on Chicago’s north side. In this role, he combines his special talents in analysis and valuation with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to spearhead some of the most challenging deals and deliver successful results to clients. 

Jake acquired experience at a national hospitality group before joining Kiser Group, allowing him to focus on underwriting, research, and relationship-building. He has continued to refine these skills in his current role tempering them with his persistence and determination.

As a testament to his dedication and expertise, Jake was named a RE Journals “CRE Future Leader in 2021.” Throughout his tenure at Kiser Group, he has successfully closed over $200 million in transactions, with notable transactions including the 154-unit sale of 6166 N Sheridan for $31.5 million and the 94-unit sale of 3825 N Pine Grove for $18.3 million. 

Jake earned an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Business and a minor in Real Estate Investment Management from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality. He enjoys Chicago’s great restaurants with his wife and friends, is an avid supporter of Michigan State football and basketball, and finds relaxation in biking along the lakefront.
