Jackson Medina

Jackson Medina, a Kiser Group Associate, brings a blend of resourcefulness, curiosity, and logical thinking to his role. His primary responsibilities include underwriting new deal opportunities for properties with 100+ units, managing client relationships, conducting on-site visits to assess property values, and creating marketing materials for deals. Jackson took his position at Kiser Group to expand his skill set and gain hands-on experience working with a high-performing, collaborative team.

Jackson began his career as a credit analyst in the Commercial Real Estate division of a regional bank, underwriting new loans and managing a portfolio exceeding $500 million. He also held positions in sales that helped him sharpen his relationship-building and communication skills, which are of great value in his prospecting activities at Kiser Group.

Jackson majored in Finance at Ohio State with a Morrill Scholarship, a full-tuition award recognizing his academic excellence. He enjoys a balanced and active lifestyle, with exercise and time with friends and family at the center. And as a proud Ohio State alum, Jackson never misses a chance to watch Ohio State football.
