Evan DeStefano

Evan Destefano brings a blend of tenacity, discipline, and creativity to his role as an Associate at Kiser Group. His responsibilities include building a comprehensive database for the Lake County and southeast Wisconsin markets and conducting in-depth market research. Evan recognizes  Kiser Group’s distinctive drive for success among the team members, and sees it as  an ideal environment for his professional growth.

Evan entered the real estate ecosystem by working in capital markets at a national real estate firm. There, he  engaged in asset valuation, market research, and debt analysis and sizing, providing him with an impressive foundation in industry principles and practices.

Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Denver, complemented by minors in Real Estate and Marketing. He  has a passion for skiing, playing guitar, and attending live music events.
