Eric Keta

Eric Keta is an Associate at Kiser Group. His responsibilities include underwriting, performing due diligence, developing client relationships, and preparing investment sales advisory packages. Eric is purposeful, curious and personable; he came to Kiser Group to work under top-producing brokers in the Chicago market and to engage in numerous real estate transactions.

Eric had broad experience in property management and project estimating before joining Kiser Group. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for Real Estate Finance and Investments at the University of Southern California, providing him with a deep understanding of real estate finance and valuation 

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is passionate about athletics, finds a creative outlet in playing the guitar, and is an avid reader.
