Danny Logarakis

Danny Logarakis is a Senior Director at Kiser Group specializing in multifamily real estate on Chicago’s north side. He focuses on Rogers Park, Edgewater, and Lincoln Square, using his exceptional skills and dedication to help clients achieve their goals. Danny was drawn to Kiser Group for its standout training, resources, and core values, and continues to refine his creative and tenacious approach to closing deals.

Danny’s real estate career included high-impact roles at a regional brokerage firm, where he skillfully managed multi-unit and multifamily sales. He also gained invaluable experience managing 400+ residential units and interning at a residential mortgage company. 

Danny has garnered numerous high-profile industry awards, including being a 2023 finalist for “Broker of the Year.” He has closed a host of impressive sales, among them a $23 million portfolio sale on the Chicago north side in 2022.

Danny earned an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. He fuels his love for adventure with golf, travel, and discovering new restaurants.
