Chief Operating Officer
Dan Gonzalez is Kiser Group’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s diverse operations, finance, marketing, compliance, and human resources. Known for his diligence, critical thinking, and servant leadership style, Dan also manages Kiser Group’s in-house technology, including the expansion of BLAST, their proprietary CRM, and spearheads strategic projects ranging from expansion efforts to liaising with trade groups.
In his decision to join the firm, Dan was eager to take on the challenge of building upon an established brand, fueled by the opportunity to transform the company’s culture and operations while evolving its core strengths.
Dan has extensive experience in the brokerage industry, including working at national brokerage firms and a prop-tech firm bought by a large real estate entity. His prior roles in financial analysis, operations, and integration provide him with a broad understanding of corporate dynamics, enabling him to make difficult decisions and to adapt to changing market conditions with ease.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship. He demonstrates his professional commitment by actively participating in the commercial real estate industry, where he is known for being approachable and always willing to share advice over a coffee. Dan enjoys golf, spending quality time with his wife, son, and dog, and indulging in his winter tradition of rewatching The Sopranos.
