Ben Affrica brings his organized, focused, and driven nature to his Associate role at Kiser Group, where he supports Advisors in positioning buildings for sale. On a day-to-day basis, he underwrites properties, analyzes market data, and prepares marketing collateral. Ben also actively develops his professional network and studies market trends to support the team’s stellar reputation and consistently high performance in the Chicago multifamily market. 

Ben gained valuable financial analysis experience through internships within the manufacturing, wealth management, and technology sectors. 

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Miami University Farmer School of Business, majoring in Finance. Ben is passionate about improving his golf game and loves watching sports with friends.
