Andrew Friedman

Andy Friedman is a Partner at Kiser Group and a key player in multifamily sales and condominium deconversions in the Chicagoland area. He navigates clients through complex real estate deals and niche opportunities that require specialized knowledge and skill. Focusing on Chicago’s northside market, Andy has closed over $500M in multifamily transaction volume.

In Andy’s early career, he was a trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and founded a brewery. Through these experiences, he developed an expansive perspective and skill set that continues to support his approach to multifamily real estate. Andy joined Kiser Group to pursue an entrepreneurial career in a highly dynamic industry and company.

Andy is an avid golfer, a platform tennis enthusiast, and life-long skier. He enjoys sports and traveling with his wife and children.
