Mid-market multifamily brokerage Kiser Group recently brokered two multifamily transactions for $4,550,000. Kiser Group brokers Danny Logarakis and Stevens Haen facilitated the 2049 W. Jarvis Avenue and 7414-7421 N. Clark Avenue transactions.
Selling for $2,625,000, 2049 W. Jarvis Avenue is a 26-unit building in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. The buyer was represented by Haen, and the seller, City Investors LLC, was represented by Logarakis.
Selling for $1,925,000, 7417-7421 N. Clark Avenue is a 19-unit building also located in Rogers Park with one- and two- bedroom floorplans. The seller, KMA Holdings LLC, was represented by Logarakis, and the buyer was represented by Haen.
