Multihousing News: Kiser Group Appoints New Senior Director
Kiser Group has promoted Michael D’Agostino from director to senior director. D’Agostino, who has been with the company for three years, oversees multifamily transactions in Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Ravenswood.
Since joining Kiser Group, the new senior director has brokered the sale of 1,174 units, accounting for $173 million. He is currently working on a deal involving 1140 N. LaSalle Drive, a 250-unit condo deconversion. His most recent transactions include the $71 million Advenir at Saddle Rock in Denver, as well as Renaissance West and Lyndale Place, two affordable properties in Chicago.
Prior to working with Kiser Group, D’Agostino was an investment analyst with JP Morgan and a portfolio analyst with Principal Global Investors. A graduate of Marquette University, he started his real estate career more than 10 years ago. Since then, D’Agostino amassed experience in all types of multifamily transactions, including market-rate, affordable, condo deconversion and single-room occupancies.
