Kiser Group Welcomes Nick Hrycyna as New Associate

Kiser Group is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Hrycyna as an Associate. In his role, Hrycyna brings a personal and reliable approach to client service, focusing on building strong relationships with property owners. His responsibilities include analyzing market data, underwriting deals, and providing tailored investment guidance to clients. He will be working under Danny Logarakis, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in multifamily investment sales.

Hrycyna joins Kiser Group with a strong foundation in property management, having gained extensive experience managing residential single and double homes. In his previous role, he oversaw all aspects of daily operations, including tenant relations, coordinating with contractors, handling inspections, and collaborating with brokers. His hands-on experience has provided him with a deep understanding of real estate operations, positioning him as a valuable resource for owners and investors alike.
