Kiser Group Welcomes Intern Dan Montaquila

Kiser Group is excited to announce the addition of Dan Montaquila to its team as an intern. Currently pursuing his studies at the University of Denver, Dan is majoring in economics and minoring in real estate. With a strong background in real estate and an impressive academic record, Dan brings a fresh perspective and valuable skills that will contribute to the company’s continued success.

Dan Montaquila’s past experience includes an internship at Matthews Real Estate Services, where he demonstrated his proficiency in researching and databasing multifamily assets in the competitive Lake County market. At Kiser Group, Dan will work on property underwriting and valuation, databasing, and brokerage methodology.
