Kiser Group Welcomes Eric Keta as New Associate, Enhancing Expertise in Multifamily and Mixed-Use Property Advisory

Kiser Group, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Keta as their newest associate. With a proven track record and experience in the real estate industry, Eric will play a role in supporting partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar, further strengthening Kiser Group’s capabilities in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the thriving South and West sides of Chicago.

Before joining Kiser Group, Eric Keta gained professional experience, holding positions as a project manager for a reputable Chicagoland construction firm and as a leasing assistant for a premium student housing property management company. These roles equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and fortified his skills in project management and client service. 

Eric’s educational background also exemplifies his dedication to excellence. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California’s esteemed Marshall School of Business, Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance. During his time at USC, Eric actively engaged with the real estate community as a mentor within Marshall’s Real Estate Finance Association. He further demonstrated his commitment to knowledge-sharing by serving as a teaching assistant for USC’s renowned Real Estate Finance and Investment course.
