Kiser Group Promotes Four Team Members to Advisor Positions

Kiser Group, a leading multifamily brokerage firm in Chicago, has recently announced the promotion of four of its team members. John George, Joe Bianchi, Will Cornish, and Jacob Price have been promoted to Advisors, recognizing their recent hard work, dedication, and exceptional performance.

Since joining, John George and Joe Bianchi have played a key role in the firm’s growth and success. They have an in-depth understanding of the multifamily market and specialize in the sale of value-add properties. Together, John and Joe have become experts on the southwest side of Chicago, and in partnership, they launched their own brokerage together. They closed $8.5 million within their first week and currently have $30 million in escrow.

Will Cornish has been an integral part of the regional private market team, which expects nearly $200 million worth of multifamily properties to trade hands in 2023. With a background in property management and a keen eye for detail, Will is a valuable asset to his clients.

Jacob Price has quickly established himself as a rising star in the industry. Since joining Kiser Group, Jacob has closed over $60 million in sales and has over 250 units ($41,500,000) on the market. His accomplishments have been recognized by industry publications, and he was awarded an individual CoStar Power Broker award in Q1 2023.
