Kiser Group announces new hire and promotion

Kiser Group, Chicagoland’s leading multifamily brokerage firm, announces a promotion and new hire in June 2021.

Austin Parker – an Associate on the Birk | Sklar team – has been promoted to Advisor after nearly two years with the company. In this new role, Parker will focus on helping investors buy and sell multifamily properties between two and four units throughout Chicago.

As an Associate, Parker focused on the South Side market supporting the company’s top producing brokers. “We’re excited to see Austin have an even greater impact on our brokerage clients in this new Advisor role,” Partner Aaron Sklar said. “His dedication and ability to exceed expectations are a recipe for success – for both himself and our team.”

In addition to Parker’s promotion, Kiser Group hired Ben Goldman as a new Associate to support the Birk | Sklar team. Goldman is a recent graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he served as president of the Rho Epsilon Student Real Estate Association. He brings with him experience in business operations, leadership, leasing and marketing.

The announcement of these new roles comes on the heels of a very active first half of the year for Kiser Group’s Birk | Sklar team. In the first half of 2021, the team brokered 30 buildings totaling 533 units across Chicago’s south and west side neighborhoods, and this year’s momentum is expected to continue.
