Jake Parker Promoted to Senior Director at Kiser Group

Kiser Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jake Parker from Director to Senior Director. Over the last eight years, Jake has risen from an analyst role to become a key leader within the firm, making a lasting impact on Kiser Group’s success. Jake has specialized in multifamily sales and condominium deconversions, particularly on Chicago’s North Side, where he works alongside his partner of five years, Andy Friedman.

Since joining the firm, Jake has been involved in over $230 million in total sales, completing more than 35 transactions. His deep knowledge of the market and client-focused approach has solidified his reputation as one of Kiser Group’s top producers.

• Barry Quad (835 W Barry) – 115 units, $32.3 million
• 3825 N Pine Grove – 94 units, $18.3 million
• Granville Tower (6166 N Sheridan) – 154 units, $31.5 million
• 1340 W Morse – 110 units, $16.8 million
