CoStar: Becovic Properties Purchases Three Edgewater Communities for $15.3 Million

Becovic Properties, a local landlord and portfolio owner, purchased three apartment properties in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago for $15.3 million from B&R Developments.

The three apartment complexes are located at 6100 N. Winthrop, 6101 N. Winthrop and 6110 N. Winthrop. Together, the three communities total 109 units. The portfolio mix is 91 one-bedroom units, 13 two-bedroom units and five studios.

Kiser Group’s broker associates, Luke Lesniewski and Stevens Haen, joined Michael Feldstein and Lee Kiser in representing both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
