Connect Chicago: Kiser Closes on Two Rogers Park Properties
The Kiser Group recently closed on two multifamily sales in Rogers Park. The properties at 2049 W. Jarvis Ave. (pictured) and 7417 N. Clark St. traded for $2.625 million and $1.925 million, respectively, at cap rates of 6.89% and 7.01%. The buyers were not disclosed.
Kiser’s Danny Logarakis and Stevens Haen handled both transactions. In the sale of the 26-unit 2049 W. Jarvis, Haen represented the buyer, while Logarakis represented the seller, City Investors LLC.
For the 19-unit 7417 N. Clark, seller KMA Holdings LLC was represented by Logarakis, and the buyer was once again represented by Haen.
The brokerage is currently marketing a 21-unit multifamily property elsewhere in the Rogers Park community, which it describes as “a gem in Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods.”
