Phase 1
Preparation: During this period, the listing agent will work with our Marketing Director to strategize and complete marketing materials. The listing agent also makes preliminary calls to prospective buyers.
Marketing: The listing will be distributed through various means to traditional and digital advertising including and email broadcasted to Kiser Group’s entire email subscription list of over 10,000 contacts. All Kiser Group agents will also work on the listing.
Showing: Listing agent show property to prospective buyers.
Offers: Listing agent presents offers to the seller.
Negotiation: Listing agent works with the seller and buyer to reach an agreement on the terms of the deal.
Phase 2Contract: Sales contract is signed by all participating parties.
Escrow: During this period (60-90 days), these four main contingencies occur:
- Due diligence
- Inspections
- Attorney Review
- Mortgage
