Kiser Group’s Birk | Sklar Team on Pace for 70 Multifamily Sales in 2021

Kiser Group’s Birk | Sklar Team is on pace to close more than 70 multifamily transactions by the end of 2021. With 53 sales already completed this year, Partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar are the only brokers in Chicago to have sold more than 50 buildings in a year, according to data from CoStar.
