Kiser Group directors Andy Friedman and Jake Parker listed a condominium deconversion at 6166 N. Sheridan Road, located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. Friedman expects the property to fetch a price approaching $40 million, or about $260,000 per unit. “We have already had a ton of interest, and we expect it to be well received,” said Friedman.

This unique building is comprised of two floor duplex units, 98 One Bed and 56 Two Bed units. There are 95 parking spots total with 56 of them covered, a pool, on-site laundry facility and space for additional amenities.

Granville Tower resides at a prime location; residents have easy access to public transportation while being located next to both the Lakefront and Loyola University. With only four blocks to the north end of Lake Shore Drive and the adjacent bike path, tenants have multiple transportation options to commute downtown quickly.
