John George

John George is an Advisor at Kiser Group. His role involves connecting sellers and buyers, developing relationships with property owners, offering honest property valuations, and advising clients on enhancing the value of their apartment buildings. John is articulate, assertive, and dependable — qualities that align with the Kiser Group culture and its focus on multifamily properties in Chicago. 

John gained experience in the real estate industry in multifamily investment sales at a national commercial brokerage firm where he was responsible for analyzing underwriting proformas, transactions, market rents, and area trends. He also had positions in new development lease-up and managed leasing activities for large student housing communities. In his first year at Kiser Group, John closed 250 units with a total sales volume of $23 million. He also facilitated “The Beverly Collection,” an 85-unit transaction. 

John earned an undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business. John enjoys golf, exploring Chicago’s new restaurant scene, staying fit at East Bank Club, and passionately watching the Detroit Lions.
