This exposure enabled him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the buyer’s perspective in multifamily transactions, thereby equipping him with the necessary skills and knowledge to embark on his career at Kiser Group.
John holds a degree in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, which provided him with a solid foundation in the intricacies of financial management and investment strategies. During his academic tenure, he was a member of the real estate club and economics club within the business school, where he further honed his skills and fostered valuable connections. Additionally, he assumed the role of philanthropy chair for his Fraternity, demonstrating his commitment to community service and leadership. In his free time, John enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
