As an advisor at Kiser Group, Luis focuses on assisting investors with dispositions and acquisitions of multifamily properties in Milwaukee, WI and northwest Chicago, IL. Luis started his real estate career as a multifamily property manager, overseeing a portfolio of 23 buildings totaling 750 units predominately in student housing. Afterwards, he became a licensed agent focusing on investment properties, completing 40 transactions in his first two years. He is also an investor himself. Luis graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
