As a Kiser Group Advisor, Kyle focuses on the analysis, acquisition, and disposition of apartment buildings located throughout the Midwest. Directing his real estate business from a client-centered perspective; Kyle’s primary efforts are spent on long-term relationships in the market and attention to detail . Kyle has experience underwriting and marketing properties throughout the Midwest ranging from value-add workforce housing to mixed-use new developments. Prior to joining Kiser Group, he worked as an Associate Broker at Marcus & Millichap. He attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Public Finance.
