As an Associate, Hunter supports the regional private market team led by Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the expansive Midwest multifamily markets of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Their primary focus revolves around properties with 100 units or more, with construction prior to the 1990s. Hunter has previous professional experience serving as a Financial Specialist for a custom homebuilder in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio. There, he was able to work directly with clients and assist them through their financial goals. This experience allowed him to gain valuable experience servicing clients and understanding their needs. The exposure provided him with the crucial skills needed to launch his career with the regional private market team. Hunter holds a finance degree from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. During his time at Miami Hunter served as a member of the Finance Association. In his free time, Hunter enjoys watching sports, exercising, traveling, and spending time with his fiancé and dog.
