As Partner of Kiser Group, Aaron assists investors, developers, and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of South Side multifamily properties. Since joining Kiser Group in 2015, he has completed transactions in excess of $200,000,000 on behalf of his clients as well as brokered the sale of more than 1,900 units. Aaron is constantly featured in publications such as The Real Deal, RE Journals, Bisnow, and more. Additionally, Aaron has been named a CRE Future Leader by REjournals, “One To Watch” by Bisnow, and in 2017 he earned Kiser Group’s Top Closer award. Aaron graduated from the University of Michigan amongst the top of his class with a degree in Economics. He is a member of the South Side Community Investment Association. Aaron lives in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, and outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
