Joe began his real estate career working in the commercial sector, where he developed a strong understanding of market insights, data analysis, and transactional nuances. As a first-year associate, he and a partner closed over $20 million of deals, paving the way for a successful start to his brokerage career. Joe developed his relationship management and organizational skills in sales positions, which have been instrumental in preparing him for his current role at Kiser Group.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Missouri. He values spending time with friends and family, finds relaxation and challenge in playing golf, and delights in exploring Chicago’s diverse culinary offerings.
