As a Senior Director at Kiser Group, Andy focuses on multifamily sales on the Near North Side and condominium deconversions. Andy excels in managing multiple stakeholders and applies his management skills gained from his experiences on internal committees at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and as a small business founder and owner to best serve the interests of the selling group. Andy is highly analytical and excels at understanding the mechanics of every deal he works on.
Since joining Kiser Group, Andy has quickly established himself as an authority on deconversions and has carried that expertise into traditional apartment sales in Chicago’s Near North neighborhoods. Notable closings include the $32.3 million sale of The Barry Quad Condominiums, the $12.5 million sale of Dover Court Condominiums in Uptown and the $10.25 million sale of Graceway Corners, a 38 unit mixed-use property in Lakeview.
Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys golf, platform tennis, and returning to his native Colorado to ski when possible. He resides in Deerfield with his wife, three children and two dogs. Andy holds a BS in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona.
