As a broker at Kiser Group, Andy Friedman specializes in condominium deconversion sales in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Deconversions are the sale of a multifamily property shifting from multiple owners to a single owner. Andy excels in managing multiple stakeholders and applies leadership skills gained from his experiences on internal committees at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as a start-up founder and as a small business owner to best serve the interests of the selling group.
