Lee Kiser is Principal and Managing Broker of Kiser Group, the leading multifamily brokerage firm in greater Chicagoland. He remains an active broker, with a personal career transaction volume greater than $5 billion.

He co-founded Kiser Group in 2005 with his partner, Estella Kiser (General Counsel, Kiser Group). For nearly two decades, Lee has assembled the team that has led Kiser Group from a small start-up firm to a nationally-recognized multifamily brokerage company.

Lee holds a BS in business from the Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and serves on the Leadership Council of The Preservation Compact. He also mentors for both The Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and The Eisenberg Foundation. His personal interests include hiking and performing with his band.

Stella began Kiser Group, along with her husband Lee, after recognizing the need for a cohesive and experienced set of brokers that could expertly serve the commercial real estate community throughout Chicagoland. After years of facilitating multi-family transactions, being in charge of marketing and operations, and overseeing the firm and its agents as its managing broker, Stella currently focuses her efforts at Kiser Group on serving as the firm’s General Counsel. Stella has a commercial litigation background, having worked for two prominent Chicago law firms. During her career in commercial real estate, Stella has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International and recognized as of one of Bisnow’s “Chicago Power Women,” REJournal’s “Successful Women in Commercial Real Estate,” as well as Crain’s “Top 40 under 40.” Stella has also been active in the local real estate community, having served as one of the founders and directors for the Neighborhood Building Owner’s Alliance (NBOA) and on the Leadership Committee for The Preservation Compact, led by Community Investment Corporation (CIC) and supported by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation aimed at preserving affordable multi-family rental housing in Cook County. Stella has also been a director of the Rogers Park Builders Group where she served as Chair of Government Relations and has been a member of CREW (the Chicago Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women).

Outside of real estate, Stella trains and teaches Shorin ryu karate, where she holds a third degree black belt. She has also trained in Wing Tsun, a Chinese martial art. Stella is an avid cook and enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and sons. She has also volunteered with the Moran Center of Youth Advocacy, representing troubled youth in the juvenile justice system.

Stella earned her B.S. in Business Administration as well as her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she served as Managing Editor of the North Carolina Law Review. In addition, Stella has earned her AM in clinical social work from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.

Dan serves as Chief Operating Officer at Kiser Group. Dan works directly with ownership and is responsible for overseeing the execution of all strategic company initiatives including: recruitment, expansion, and improving brokerage operations. Notably, he has been in charge of leading Kiser Group’s recent creation of several proprietary technology developments, including Kiser Group BLAST‏‏‎ ‎™, a proprietary CRM and operational ecosystem for Kiser Group brokers.

Dan has built his career in the multifamily & brokerage industries. Having worked across two publicly-traded brokerage firms, a regional boutique shop, and a prop-tech multifamily SaaS startup (acquired in 2019), he brings years of real estate experience to Kiser Group. In prior roles, Dan has been responsible for strategic planning, operations, and financial analysis.

Dan is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog.

Noah focuses on the disposition of apartment buildings on the south side of Chicago. Noah is Chicago’s highest producing multifamily broker. Since 2014, he has sold more apartment buildings than any other broker in Chicago. He has a reputation of persistence, market knowledge and integrity, which has led to achieving record-setting results for his clients.

Noah stays active in the real estate community as a member of the South Side Community Investment Association (SSCIA) and Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP). Noah is also an experienced operator of his own personal multi-family portfolio.

Outside of real estate, Noah is a volunteer mentor/coach with the Sunshine Gospel Ministries youth basketball program. Noah enjoys cooking, loves any type of competition and is always excited to simply relax with family and friends.

Noah graduated with a business degree from Carthage College, where he was a defensive back on the football team. Noah currently resides in Burr Ridge with his wife and two sons.

As a Partner at Kiser Group, Aaron assists investors, developers, and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties on Chicago’s South and West Side. He has established himself as a multifamily market leader throughout the South Side of Chicago and has repeatedly achieved the highest sales comps in South Shore, Jackson Park, Auburn Gresham, Woodlawn, Washington Park, Bronzeville and Chatham. Since 2015, Sklar has successfully completed transactions in excess of $400 million on behalf of his clients encompassing more than 5,000 units. Sklar has been named a CRE Future Leader by RE Journals, named One To Watch by Bisnow and is regularly mentioned and quoted by an assortment of news and media outlets including Crains’s, Bisnow, The Real Deal, and Traded. In 2017 and 2019, Sklar earned Kiser Group’s Top Closer award. Additionally, Sklar earned two 2019 Commercial Forum Top Producer awards by the Chicago Association of REALTORS including Platinum for Multifamily Transactions and Gold for Multifamily Sales Volume. Most recently in 2021, Sklar was nominated for Emerging Leader of the Year and was named Broker of the Year by RE Journals.

Aaron graduated from the University of Michigan amongst the top of his class with a degree in Economics. He is a member of the South Side Community Investment Association. Aaron lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his miniature poodle, and outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, watching Seinfeld, and spending time with his family.

As a Director at Kiser Group, Andy focuses on multifamily sales on the Near North Side and condominium deconversions. Andy excels in managing multiple stakeholders and applies his management skills gained from his experiences on internal committees at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and as a small business founder and owner to best serve the interests of the selling group. Andy is highly analytical and excels at understanding the mechanics of every deal he works on.

Since joining Kiser Group, Andy has quickly established himself as an authority on deconversions and has carried that expertise into traditional apartment sales in Chicago’s Near North neighborhoods. Notable closings include the $32.3 million sale of The Barry Quad Condominiums, the $12.5 million sale of Dover Court Condominiums in Uptown and the $10.25 million sale of Graceway Corners, a 38 unit mixed-use property in Lakeview.

Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys golf, platform tennis, and returning to his native Colorado to ski when possible. He resides in Deerfield with his wife, three children and two dogs. Andy holds a BS in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona.

Danny Logarakis joined Kiser Group in 2016 and has since brokered more than $200 million in multifamily transactions on behalf of his clients. With an emphasis on far north side neighborhoods, specializing in Rogers Park and Edgewater, he assists investors, developers, and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties.

Danny’s network of qualified, active investors and expert market insight allows Danny to navigate challenging transactions and maximize goals for each client. Notable closings include the $23 million portfolio sale in Chicago’s north side at the end of 2022 and $9.8 million sale in East Rogers Park. Danny has also been named a CRE Future Leader by RE Journals and a candidate for 2023 Broker of the Year. He is a member of Rogers Park Builders Group and an Associate Board Member of A Safe Haven Foundation.

Prior to joining Kiser Group, Logarakis worked his way into the business from the inside out, starting in property management in 2013 then later brokering multifamily transactions at a regional commercial real estate firm. As a Director at Kiser Group, Jake combines his passion for sales and experience in real estate investment management to deliver results for his clients. Jake represents clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Chicago’s near north side neighborhoods, along with the specialization in representing condominium buildings in section 15 deconversion sales. Since joining Kiser Group in 2016 as an analyst, Jake was promoted to director and has successfully closed over $140 million in multifamily transactions.

Jake’s entrepreneurial spirit started early. Outside of commercial real estate, he developed and launched a successful online electronics recommerce business which has seen year-over-year growth since 2013. Jake graduated with honors from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business within the Eli Broad College of Business where he majored in Hospitality Business and minored in Real Estate Investment Management. While at Michigan State, he was a member of the Real Estate Investment Club and Sigma Pi fraternity.

Jake lives in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and enjoys bike rides along the lakefront, watching Michigan State sports and dining at the city’s vast supply of restaurants. He is a member of the Northwest Side Building Coalition (NSBC) and the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP).

As a Chicago transplant Pablo came from Florida where he attended the University of Central Florida. As an advisor at Kiser Group, Luis focuses on assisting investors with dispositions and acquisitions of multifamily properties in Milwaukee, WI and northwest Chicago, IL. Luis started his real estate career as a multifamily property manager, overseeing a portfolio of 23 buildings totaling 750 units predominately in student housing. Afterwards, he became a licensed agent focusing on investment properties, completing 40 transactions in his first two years. He is also an investor himself.

Luis graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is on the board for NAHREP – Milwaukee Chapter (National Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is active in CARW (Commercial Associations of Realtors Wisconsin) and NAIOP – Wisconsin (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).

Outside of real estate, Luis enjoys exercising, traveling, and cooking. He likes to travel to get inspiration from both the architecture and the foods. His favorite trip so far has been when he was island hopping in Greece.

Directing his real estate business from a client-centered perspective; Kyle’s primary efforts are spent on long-term relationships in the market and attention to detail . Kyle has experience underwriting and marketing properties throughout the Midwest ranging from value-add workforce housing to mixed-use new developments.

Kyle’s savvy with valuation and capital markets helps clients enact the best strategies for each asset and market, whether they are a small team focused on scaling or an institutional firm centered on longevity.

Prior to joining Kiser Group, Kyle worked as an Associate at a large, publicly traded brokerage. He attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Public Finance. Jordan Eder

At Kiser Group, Jordan is responsible for Advisor Development. He is intimately involved in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training. Jordan provides ongoing support for Advisors by helping them create and modify their business plans, and set KPI’s including daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, Jordan helps each Advisor utilize Kiser Group’s proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software, BLAST, which results in better client service and higher success rates for our Advisors.

Before joining Kiser Group, Jordan had a career in education in the Chicago area and taught at the high school level for 10 years. During his time in education, Jordan coached football for 12 seasons, seven of which he served as a head football coach.

Jordan graduated with an Education degree from Carthage College, where he was also an offensive lineman on the football team. He earned his Master’s Degree in Administration and Leadership from Western Governors University. Jordan resides in Antioch with his wife, Jennie, and two children, Grayson and Hailey.

Noah has a degree in marketing and real estate from Chicago’s own, DePaul University. Here, he was a member of the real estate club and sales & leadership council within the business school. Lee graduated from Augustana College with a double major in Marketing and Business Management with a minor in Graphic Design. He was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team at Augustana and was selected to join the Athletic Leadership Program. Russell’s role as Technology Director encompasses responsibilities for supporting, maintaining, and forwarding all Kiser Group systems and technologies. With a vast background in technology support, system administration, and business consulting, he advises both brokers and ownership to keep Kiser Group on the leading edge of commercial real estate brokerage.

Achieving multiple Certificates of Completion from Vantage College in Austin, along with multiple industry-specific certifications, Russell’s knowledge mostly stems from hands-on experience while directing his own company specializing in technology, marketing, and business operation support.

Russell’s new and growing family resides in Morris and enjoys walks along the I&M Canal, kayaking, biking, and relaxing while watching documentaries.

As Office Assistant at Kiser Group, Cassidy is responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative/operational support.

Cassidy graduated from Michigan State University in 2021 with a major in Advertising Management and a minor in Sales Leadership. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of sales and recruiting positions. While working for Kiser Group, she is also pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. She dreams of eventually opening up her own private therapy practice!

In her free time she enjoys playing with her cat, spending time with family and friends, watching live music, trying new food, and traveling.
