Lee Kiser is Principal and Managing Broker of Kiser Group, the leading multifamily brokerage firm in greater Chicagoland. He remains an active broker, with a personal career transaction volume greater than $5 billion.
He co-founded Kiser Group in 2005 with his partner, Estella Kiser (General Counsel, Kiser Group). For nearly two decades, Lee has assembled the team that has led Kiser Group from a small start-up firm to a nationally-recognized multifamily brokerage company.
Lee holds a BS in business from the Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and serves on the Leadership Council of The Preservation Compact. He also mentors for both The Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and The Eisenberg Foundation. His personal interests include hiking and performing with his band.
Stella began Kiser Group, along with her husband Lee, after recognizing the need for a cohesive and experienced set of brokers that could expertly serve the commercial real estate community throughout Chicagoland. After years of facilitating multi-family transactions, being in charge of marketing and operations, and overseeing the firm and its agents as its managing broker, Stella currently focuses her efforts at Kiser Group on serving as the firm’s General Counsel. Stella has a commercial litigation background, having worked for two prominent Chicago law firms. During her career in commercial real estate, Stella has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International and recognized as of one of Bisnow’s “Chicago Power Women,” REJournal’s “Successful Women in Commercial Real Estate,” as well as Crain’s “Top 40 under 40.” Stella has also been active in the local real estate community, having served as one of the founders and directors for the Neighborhood Building Owner’s Alliance (NBOA) and on the Leadership Committee for The Preservation Compact, led by Community Investment Corporation (CIC) and supported by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation aimed at preserving affordable multi-family rental housing in Cook County. Stella has also been a director of the Rogers Park Builders Group where she served as Chair of Government Relations and has been a member of CREW (the Chicago Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women).
Noah stays active in the real estate community as a member of the South Side Community Investment Association (SSCIA) and Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP). Noah is also an experienced operator of his own personal multi-family portfolio.
Outside of real estate, Noah is a volunteer mentor/coach with the Sunshine Gospel Ministries youth basketball program. Noah enjoys cooking, loves any type of competition and is always excited to simply relax with family and friends.
Noah graduated with a business degree from Carthage College, where he was a defensive back on the football team. Noah currently resides in Burr Ridge with his wife and two sons.
As a Partner at Kiser Group, Aaron assists investors, developers, and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties on Chicago’s South and West Side. He has established himself as a multifamily market leader throughout the South Side of Chicago and has repeatedly achieved the highest sales comps in South Shore, Jackson Park, Auburn Gresham, Woodlawn, Washington Park, Bronzeville and Chatham. Since 2015, Sklar has successfully completed transactions in excess of $400 million on behalf of his clients encompassing more than 5,000 units. Sklar has been named a CRE Future Leader by RE Journals, named One To Watch by Bisnow and is regularly mentioned and quoted by an assortment of news and media outlets including Crains’s, Bisnow, The Real Deal, and Traded. In 2017 and 2019, Sklar earned Kiser Group’s Top Closer award. Additionally, Sklar earned two 2019 Commercial Forum Top Producer awards by the Chicago Association of REALTORS including Platinum for Multifamily Transactions and Gold for Multifamily Sales Volume. Most recently in 2021, Sklar was nominated for Emerging Leader of the Year and was named Broker of the Year by RE Journals.
Aaron graduated from the University of Michigan amongst the top of his class with a degree in Economics. He is a member of the South Side Community Investment Association. Aaron lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his miniature poodle, and outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, watching Seinfeld, and spending time with his family.
Since joining Kiser Group, Andy has quickly established himself as an authority on deconversions and has carried that expertise into traditional apartment sales in Chicago’s Near North neighborhoods. Notable closings include the $32.3 million sale of The Barry Quad Condominiums, the $12.5 million sale of Dover Court Condominiums in Uptown and the $10.25 million sale of Graceway Corners, a 38 unit mixed-use property in Lakeview.
Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys golf, platform tennis, and returning to his native Colorado to ski when possible. He resides in Deerfield with his wife, three children and two dogs. Andy holds a BS in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona.
Danny Logarakis joined Kiser Group in 2016. Throughout his career, he has showcased his exceptional skills by brokering over $200 million worth of multifamily transactions on behalf of his clients. His focus lies in far north side neighborhoods, with a specialization in Rogers Park and Edgewater. Danny dedicates himself to assisting investors, developers, and property owners in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties.
Danny’s network of qualified, active investors and expert market insight allows Danny to navigate challenging transactions and maximize goals for each client. Notable closings include the $23 million portfolio sale in Chicago’s north side at the end of 2022 and $9.8 million sale in East Rogers Park. Danny has also been named a CRE Future Leader by RE Journals and a candidate for 2023 Broker of the Year. He is a member of Rogers Park Builders Group and an Associate Board Member of A Safe Haven Foundation.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Logarakis worked his way into the business from the inside out, starting in property management in 2013 then later brokering multifamily transactions at a regional commercial real estate firm. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golfing, traveling, visiting new restaurants and spending time outside with his bernedoodle, Leo.
As a Director at Kiser Group, Jake combines his passion for sales and experience in real estate investment management to deliver results for his clients. Jake represents clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Chicago’s near north side neighborhoods, along with the specialization in representing condominium buildings in section 15 deconversion sales. Since joining Kiser Group in 2016 as an analyst, Jake was promoted to director and has successfully closed over $140 million in multifamily transactions.
Jake’s entrepreneurial spirit started early. Outside of commercial real estate, he developed and launched a successful online electronics recommerce business which has seen year-over-year growth since 2013. Jake graduated with honors from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business within the Eli Broad College of Business where he majored in Hospitality Business and minored in Real Estate Investment Management. While at Michigan State, he was a member of the Real Estate Investment Club and Sigma Pi fraternity.
Jake lives in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and enjoys bike rides along the lakefront, watching Michigan State sports and dining at the city’s vast supply of restaurants. He is a member of the Northwest Side Building Coalition (NSBC) and the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP).

- The Flats on LaSalle Condominiums, a 250-units vintage mid-rise in Gold Coast that sold for $38 million.
- The Barry Quad, a 115-unit condominium deconversion in Lakeview that sold for $32.3 million.
- Graceway Corners, a 38-unit mixed-use property in Lakeview that sold for $10.25 million.
As an Advisor at Kiser Group, Joe assists partners Aaron Sklar and Noah Birk. Their team specializes in advising and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on Chicago’s south and west sides.
Outside of brokerage, Joe has previous experience in tenant representation with a focus on Chicagoland office buildings. Joe uses this experience to ensure all facets of his work are client-first.
Joe graduated from Mizzou with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate. While at Mizzou, he was a member of the real estate club and worked at the local golf course. In his free time Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, going out to eat, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
Advisor Pablo Chusan focuses on the West side of Chicago and the Western Suburbs of Chicago including Berwyn, La Grange, Cicero, etc. As a resident of the Western suburbs, Pablo has a unique understanding of the market. A bilingual broker, Pablo puede ayudarte en nuestro idioma.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Pablo was a residential real estate broker with a specialization in investment properties in the Western Suburbs. This gave him great first hand insight into what makes this market and what makes a deal close with investors looking to maximize their profits. Moving into commercial real estate was the next logical step with the knowledge and skills he accumulated.
As a Chicago transplant Pablo came from Florida where he attended the University of Central Florida. For fun Pablo likes to do Jiu-Jitsu and any type of MMA training, and when he isn’t doing that he’s probably walking with his dog around the beautiful trails surrounding his home in North Riverside.
As an Advisor, Will contributes his expertise to the regional private markets team alongside Lee Kiser and Kyle Sissell. Their collective specialization lies in facilitating investment sales for multi-family assets across the expansive Midwest region. Their primary focus revolves around properties valued at $10 million or more, encompassing 100 units or greater, and featuring construction dating back to the 1990s or earlier.
Before joining Kiser Group, Will honed his professional skills in leasing and management at a large institutional property management company. This invaluable experience allowed him to develop a profound understanding of market research and institutional dynamics, particularly in relation to tenant demand.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Will finds joy in a variety of personal pursuits including golf, participating in triathlons, trying new restaurants, and travelling.
Radina Dimova, an Advisor at Kiser Group, brings her experience in multifamily developments to Chicago’s Northwest suburbs. She helps owners and investors create wealth, leveraging her professionalism and resourcefulness. Radina was drawn to Kiser Group for its stellar reputation, values, and winning approach to multifamily brokerage, seizing the opportunity to align her personal and professional goals with the company’s ethos.
Radina began her real estate career as a residential broker. She is also an active real estate investor, a landlord, and small business owner with her sister. Together, these experiences equip her with the ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships by advising them on real estate, financial, and investment decisions.
Radina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University. She finds joy in cooking, shopping, and fitness.
As an Advisor at Kiser Group, John supports Partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar. Their team specializes in advising and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the South and West Sides of Chicago.
Aside from multifamily brokerage, John has professional experience in property management. He has encountered various types of properties, including new construction, student housing, and senior living communities.
John holds a degree in Finance from the Michigan State University. He was a member of the club golf team and real estate investment club, serving as the fundraising chair for both organizations. In his free time he enjoys exploring new restaurants, live music, and playing Chicagoland’s various golf courses.
Joining the real estate industry in 2019, Jack started as a lease-up specialist for several brand-new residential properties throughout the Chicago suburbs. For two consecutive quarters, Jack remained one of the top residential leasing agents in Illinois. After experiencing success in the field he decided to move over to the multifamily investment sales side of real estate and take his knowledge of the city and sales process to the next level. Jacks dedication to meeting the needs of his clients makes the selling and buying process a positive experience. Jack works with the Birk | Sklar team, specializing in the west side of Chicago.
Jack is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois. Additionally he has his residential leasing license as well as his Life and Health insurance license. Jack attended the University of Iowa.
As an Advisor at Kiser Group, Jacob actively leverages his client-driven mindset to support their investment goals. Jacob is focused on the sale of multifamily buildings on the north-side of the city, primarily throughout the neighborhoods of Andersonville, Edgewater, and Uptown. Since joining Kiser Group, Jacob has closed over $60 million in sales. His accomplishments have been recognized by industry publications, and he was awarded an individual CoStar Power Broker award in Q1 2023.
Jacob has had a wide range of professional experience outside of Brokerage, and most recently worked as a Sales Strategy Consultant for Allstate Insurance and their direct book of business.
From a young age, Jacob always envisioned himself solving problems and advising clients in real estate investing. Between jobs and internships, he would tour properties with his family, building relationships and heightening his passion for Chicago real estate.
Jacob holds a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois—Gies College of Business. He also co-founded the TAMID AT Illinois chapter. Additionally, he is an associate board member and secretary of Edgewater Uptown Builder’s Association (EUBA). Outside of real estate, Jacob still helps out at his family shoe store in Andersonville. He loves travelling and trying new restaurants.
As an Advisor, Jack specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties on the west side of Chicago, with a focus on Austin, Garfield Park and Humboldt Park. Jack first joined Kiser Group as an analyst for the firm’s top-producing brokers, Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar and was promoted to increase the team’s market share on the west side of the city.

With a background in finance, Jack’s approach to market research is amplified by his strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. His ambitious attitude has driven his early success as a broker. Jack previously worked at Northern Trust and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance. When he is not working, Jack enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin with his family and friends. He currently resides in Wrigleyville where you’ll often find him at a Cubs game or at the beach.
As an advisor at Kiser Group, Luis focuses on assisting investors with dispositions and acquisitions of multifamily properties in Milwaukee, WI and northwest Chicago, IL. Luis started his real estate career as a multifamily property manager, overseeing a portfolio of 23 buildings totaling 750 units predominately in student housing. Afterwards, he became a licensed agent focusing on investment properties, completing 40 transactions in his first two years. He is also an investor himself.
Luis graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is on the board for NAHREP – Milwaukee Chapter (National Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is active in CARW (Commercial Associations of Realtors Wisconsin) and NAIOP – Wisconsin (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).
Outside of real estate, Luis enjoys exercising, traveling, and cooking. He likes to travel to get inspiration from both the architecture and the foods. His favorite trip so far has been when he was island hopping in Greece.
As a Kiser Group Advisor, Kyle focuses on the analysis, acquisition, and disposition of apartment buildings located throughout the Midwest. Directing his real estate business from a client-centered perspective; Kyle’s primary efforts are spent on long-term relationships in the market and attention to detail . Kyle has experience underwriting and marketing properties throughout the Midwest ranging from value-add workforce housing to mixed-use new developments.
Kyle’s savvy with valuation and capital markets helps clients enact the best strategies for each asset and market, whether they are a small team focused on scaling or an institutional firm centered on longevity.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Kyle worked as an Associate at a large, publicly traded brokerage. He attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in Public Finance. Kyle currently resides in Chicago and looks forward to playing his part in revitalizing and reinvigorating the Midwest communities.
At Kiser Group, Jordan is responsible for Advisor Development. He is intimately involved in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training. Jordan provides ongoing support for Advisors by helping them create and modify their business plans, and set KPI’s including daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, Jordan helps each Advisor utilize Kiser Group’s proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software, BLAST, which results in better client service and higher success rates for our Advisors.
Before joining Kiser Group, Jordan had a career in education in the Chicago area and taught at the high school level for 10 years. During his time in education, Jordan coached football for 12 seasons, seven of which he served as a head football coach.
Jordan graduated with an Education degree from Carthage College, where he was also an offensive lineman on the football team. He earned his Master’s Degree in Administration and Leadership from Western Governors University. Jordan resides in Antioch with his wife, Jennie, and two children, Grayson and Hailey.
As Senior Associate, Justin works closely with the South Side team managing deal flow and analysts. His organization and leadership skills have been critical to the team’s growth and scalability. Justin is known for his work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to listen to and serve his clients. Justin joined Kiser Group as an Analyst with previous experience as a real estate broker primarily focused on residential leasing.
Justin currently lives in Lakeview and enjoys working out, eating at new restaurants, and spending time with his family.
As an Associate at Kiser Group Ben supports advisors John George and Joe Bianchi, specializing in advising and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the South and West sides of Chicago.
Ben’s interest in real estate was initially sparked by shadowing his father and uncle, both involved in the real estate business, during his formative years. Before joining Kiser Group he gained valuable financial experience through various internships during his college years, acquiring essential financial and client management skills. These opportunities, combined with his background, equipped him with a wealth of tools and knowledge to launch a career in Multifamily Real Estate.
Originally hailing from Michigan, Ben attended Miami University in Ohio, where he graduated with a degree in Finance from the Farmer School of Business. During his time at Miami, he was an active member of the Asset Management Club where he further honed his financial expertise by contributing to the management of the club’s investment portfolio. In his free time, Ben enjoys golfing, running, watching sports, and exploring Chicago with his friends.
As an Associate at Kiser Group, Noah supports Partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar. The Birk | Sklar team specializes in advising and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the South and West Sides of Chicago.
Noah has professional experience in commercial leasing in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas, where he is also licensed. Here, he was able to encounter a variety of clientele and property types that ultimately prepared him to launch his career with the Birk | Sklar Team at Kiser Group.
Noah has a degree in marketing and real estate from Chicago’s own, DePaul University. Here, he was a member of the real estate club and sales & leadership council within the business school. In his free time, Noah enjoys watching sports, playing golf, exploring the city with friends, and enjoying good food and music around Chicago.
As an Associate at Kiser Group, John provides valuable support to Partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar. John’s professional experience in the realm of Multifamily Investments stems from his time as an analyst for a similar multifamily investment firm in Chicago. This exposure enabled him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the buyer’s perspective in multifamily transactions, thereby equipping him with the necessary skills and knowledge to embark on his career at Kiser Group.
John holds a degree in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, which provided him with a solid foundation in the intricacies of financial management and investment strategies. During his academic tenure, he was a member of the real estate club and economics club within the business school, where he further honed his skills and fostered valuable connections. Additionally, he assumed the role of philanthropy chair for his Fraternity, demonstrating his commitment to community service and leadership. In his free time, John enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
As an Associate, Evan will be focusing on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the northern suburbs, particularly Lake County and southeast Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Evan worked in capital markets where he gained extensive experience valuing assets, sizing debt, and conducting thorough market research to understand current trends. He looks forward to applying his skills and knowledge here at Kiser Group.
Evan attended the University of Denver where he served as the Vice President of the Freeride Ski and Snowboard team as well as scholarship chair of his fraternity. In his personal life Evan enjoys playing the guitar, live music, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
As an associate at Kiser Group, Eric directly supports partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar. The team specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the South and West sides of Chicago.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Eric gained professional experience as a project manager for a Chicagoland construction firm, and as a leasing assistant for a premium student housing property management company. He also assisted in overseeing the University of Southern California’s REIT investment fund as a portfolio analyst.
Eric graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business where he received his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance. During his time there, Eric was a mentor within Marshall’s Real Estate Finance Association as well as a TA for USC’s Real Estate Finance and Investment course. Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys traveling, playing guitar, golfing, and pickup basketball.
As an Associate, Will supports the regional private market team led by Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the expansive Midwest multifamily markets of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Their primary focus revolves around properties with 100 units or more, with construction prior to the 1990s.
Will has spent his entire life around the multifamily space, shadowing his father as he managed commercial multifamily properties. This sparked Wills interest in real estate from a young age. Will is now applying the knowledge he picked up into a full fledged real estate career at Kiser Group.
Will attended the University of Iowa and currently resides in Barrington, IL. He enjoys spending time exercising, creating new connections, and spending time with family and friends.
As an Associate, Jackson supports the regional private market team led by Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the expansive Midwest multifamily markets of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Jackson served as an Analyst on U.S. Bank’s commercial real estate team. In this role he underwrote new deal opportunities and managed a diverse portfolio with over $500 million in loan commitments across various commercial property types. His time with U.S. Bank honed his market research and valuation skills.
Jackson attended Ohio State University, where he pursued a major in finance. During his time on campus, he was an active member of the Black Students in Real Estate club, where he served as Treasurer. Outside the realm of real estate, Jackson enjoys indulging in his passion for sports, finding joy in exercising to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
As an Associate, Noah supports the regional private market team led by Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the expansive Midwest multifamily markets of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Noah worked as a Tech Recruiter and also spent three years in real estate internships (ICM Properties & CBRE). During his internships, Noah developed a passion for real estate which eventually led him to Kiser Group.
Noah attended Indiana University where he majored in Informatics and minored in Business. In his free time, Noah coaches a basketball team and enjoys playing sports, watching TV shows, and traveling
As an Associate, Hunter supports the regional private market team led by Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the expansive Midwest multifamily markets of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Their primary focus revolves around properties with 100 units or more, with construction prior to the 1990s.
Hunter has previous professional experience serving as a Financial Specialist for a custom homebuilder in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio. There, he was able to work directly with clients and assist them through their financial goals. This experience allowed him to gain valuable experience servicing clients and understanding their needs. The exposure provided him with the crucial skills needed to launch his career with the regional private market team.
Hunter holds a finance degree from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. During his time at Miami Hunter served as a member of the Finance Association. In his free time, Hunter enjoys watching sports, exercising, traveling, and spending time with his fiancé and dog.
As the Operations Director, Vanessa is focused on data management, overseeing company finances and human resources department and technical / back-office systems development.
She brings a background in corporate business administration and human resources. Vanessa is also fluent in Spanish.
In her spare time she spends time with her family and friends. She loves sports, traveling, outdoor activities and trying new restaurants.
As Senior Marketing Associate, Lee is responsible for maintaining Kiser Group’s brand standards throughout all marketing efforts. He works with brokers and ownership to produce industry leading marketing pieces and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Lee graduated from Augustana College with a double major in Marketing and Business Management with a minor in Graphic Design. He was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team at Augustana and was selected to join the Athletic Leadership Program. In his spare time, he plays softball, snowboards, and spends time exploring the city with friends and family.
As Marketing Associate, Ilma is responsible for managing Kiser Group’s social media channels, content creation, press placements, and industry events. Ilma is responsible for ensuring Kiser Group is providing engaging content and thought leadership for clients and followers. Before joining Kiser Group Ilma was an editor at a large content marketing firm, where she discovered her passion for content creation.
Ilma graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a double major in English and Journalism with concentrations in creative writing and print and design. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves sports, traveling, outdoor activities and trying new restaurants.
Russell’s role as Technology Director encompasses responsibilities for supporting, maintaining, and forwarding all Kiser Group systems and technologies. With a vast background in technology support, system administration, and business consulting, he advises both brokers and ownership to keep Kiser Group on the leading edge of commercial real estate brokerage.
Achieving multiple Certificates of Completion from Vantage College in Austin, along with multiple industry-specific certifications, Russell’s knowledge mostly stems from hands-on experience while directing his own company specializing in technology, marketing, and business operation support.
Russell’s new and growing family resides in Morris and enjoys walks along the I&M Canal, kayaking, biking, and relaxing while watching documentaries.
As Office Assistant at Kiser Group, Cassidy is responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative/operational support.
Cassidy graduated from Michigan State University in 2021 with a major in Advertising Management and a minor in Sales Leadership. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of sales and recruiting positions. While working for Kiser Group, she is also pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. She dreams of eventually opening up her own private therapy practice!
In her free time she enjoys playing with her cat, spending time with family and friends, watching live music, trying new food, and traveling.
