Frankie Nix

Frankie Nix is an Advisor at Kiser Group, specializing in multifamily investment sales in the ever-evolving Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Bucktown, and Wicker Park neighborhoods of Chicago. As a local owner himself, Frankie is empathetic to the perspectives of both buyers and sellers in these markets and works diligently to find solutions for his clients. Whether its dealing with the challenges of managing tenants, new city ordinances, appealing property taxes, or renovating on a budget, Frankie speaks from experience and is eager to share that expertise to help others achieve their goals.

In his previous life, Frankie was a commercial banker in the consumer technology industry. Today he relies on his ability to interpret various debt structures and enjoys finding creative financial solutions.  Frankie has held a number of jobs – bartender, produce delivery man, amateur bathroom contractor – since graduating from Santa Clara University in 2018, and prides himself in his ability to make connections with people from all walks of life.
