Ben joins Kiser Group as an Associate and will be working closely with advisors John George and Joe Bianchi, focusing on advising and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of properties in the vibrant South and West sides of Chicago.

Ben’s passion for the real estate industry started at a young age as he observed his father and uncle’s involvement in the field. This early exposure to the world of real estate laid the foundation for his future career. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Ben participated in a range of internships during his college years. These experiences equipped him with essential financial and client management skills, making him a valuable asset to the team.

He graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a degree in Finance from the Farmer School of Business. During his tenure at Miami University, Ben actively contributed to the Asset Management Club, where he further honed his financial acumen by playing a pivotal role in managing the club’s investment portfolio. His dedication and commitment to advancing his knowledge and skills are exemplary.
