Kiser Group Welcomes Jackson Medina as Associate to Support Regional Private Market Team

Kiser Group proudly announces the addition of Jackson Medina to its team as an Associate. In this role, Jackson will provide support to the regional private market team, led by industry veterans Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish. The team focuses on the dynamic and expansive Midwest multifamily markets, specifically targeting Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

With a background in commercial real estate, Jackson Medina joins Kiser Group after a successful stint as an Analyst on U.S. Bank’s commercial real estate team. During his time at U.S. Bank, Jackson showcased proficiency in underwriting new deal opportunities and managed a diverse portfolio valued at over $500 million in loan commitments across various commercial property types. His experience at U.S. Bank has honed his market research and valuation skills, positioning him as a well-rounded professional in the real estate industry.

A graduate from Ohio State University, Jackson pursued a major in finance. Beyond academics, he was an active member of the Black Students in Real Estate club, where he served as Treasurer.
