Will’s role within the Hybrid Team, led by industry experts Lee Kiser, Kyle Sissell, and Will Cornish, will be integral to the regional private market team. With a primary focus on the thriving multifamily markets in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, Will’s expertise will contribute to the team’s success within these regions.

Will holds a degree from the University of Iowa and currently resides in Barrington, IL. Having grown up under the guidance of a property manager father, Will possesses a deep understanding of commercial properties, which has nurtured his unique perspective and genuine passion for real estate. His experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset to Kiser Group as they continue to identify opportunities that align with buyers’ and sellers’ specific criteria.
