Halper | Mantis Team Expansion and Blue Island Listing

CHICAGO (JULY 27, 2022) – Kiser Group Directors Matt Halper and Danny Mantis have officially welcomed two new associates to their team. Advisor Andy Enkhzul and Associate Will Cornish join the Directors to supplement their success in Chicagoland

Andy Enkhzul and Will Cornish have previous industry experience in construction and leasing, respectively. After making the shift to Kiser Group to begin their careers in multifamily real estate, the two have already gained valuable experience in the industry. “I have learned so much by working closely with Matt and Danny and witnessing how they operate and develop relationships,” said Cornish

Enkhzul and Cornish provide meaningful market insight to the Halper | Mantis Team, and Directors Matt and Danny have provided them with valuable learning opportunities since their addition. “Working with the Halper | Mantis team, I’ve learned that there is always something you can do to provide a better experience or insight for clients,” said Enkhzul. Enkhzul is responsible for expanding the team’s reach within specific markets and servicing existing client relations. 

The addition of Andy and Will comes at an opportune time, as the team has recently listed the 96-unit Meadow View Apartments at $7.25 million in Blue Island, Illinois. 

As the team services their clients and prepares listings for the third quarter of the year, Enkhzul and Cornish look forward to continuing to learn from Directors Halper and Mantis. “I hope to continue to absorb as much information as possible from such successful performers in the industry,” said Enkhzul.
