Kiser Group Represents Over 90 Clients In Transactions Over First Half of 2022
As the first half of 2022 and Q2 come to a close, Kiser Group has set themselves up for success going forward. At the mid-year, the firm has represented 91 clients year-to-date in transactions worth nearly $160 million.
Through this successful first half of the year, Kiser Group has brokered a number of impressive transactions. Three notable transactions from this year include:
- Chatham Portfolio | $5 million | Aaron Sklar & Noah Birk
- 7951 S Indiana
- 7942 S Champlain
- 8016 S Evans
- 8157 S Martin Luther King Drive
- 7959 S St. Lawrence
- 1901 Sherman, Evanston, IL | $5.1 million | Danny Mantis, Matt Halper, and Lee Kiser
- 815 W Addison | $4.925 million | Andy Friedman and Jake Parker
In addition to these closed volumes, the firm currently has an additional $150 million under contract. Kiser Group Principal & Managing Broker, Lee Kiser details market trends that the firm has seen so far in 2022, and how they will impact the remainder of the year.
“Rent growth is mitigating the effect of interest rate increases on property values. We are helping our seller clients achieve strong pricing and the appreciating market is opportune for our buyer clients to move capital into hard assets,” Kiser said. “We had previously thought we might experience a slowdown in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022 but so far are not seeing one.”
As a result of the continued strength in the transaction market this year, Kiser Group has grown by ten new members since the beginning of the year, including advisors, associates, and staff members. To accommodate both this current and future expected growth of additional team members, the company moved into a new office space in the west loop in March.
