Estella Kiser co-founded Kiser Group in 2005 with a vision to disrupt the mid-market multifamily real estate industry with agile, smarter, more focused methods that embody high ethical standards. This innovative spirit has been a driving force in Kiser Group’s success. Today, as General Counsel, she handles all legal matters, strategic business planning, and compliance, guided by her analytical, strategic, and creative approach.
Estella’s multifaceted career includes roles as a broker at a national commercial brokerage company and a commercial litigation attorney at two prestigious law firms in Chicago. These roles, combined with managing complex commercial litigation cases and successfully negotiating and closing various apartment property sales in Chicago, have richly informed her expertise. She has been honored as a Real Estate Chicago “40 under 40” professional and is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship from Rotary International.
Estella holds two degrees from UNC at Chapel Hill — a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance and a Juris Doctor with honors. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and has a private psychotherapy practice in Evanston, IL. She is dedicated to her decades-long training as a third-degree black belt in Shorin Ryu, has completed two 50K ultramarathon races in the mountains of California, and finds solace and adventure hiking, trail running and travel.
