CHICAGO, IL – Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading mid-market multifamily brokerage firm, recently brokered a $1.6 million multifamily asset in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood. Kiser Group’s Broker Associate Luke Lesniewski, who represented both the buyer and seller, brokered the 7-unit deal. 5019 Lawrence LLC purchased the asset from a local owner.
