Kiser Group is a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in apartment building sales. Kiser Group is seeking to hire a Sales Team Coordinator for a Full-Time Position in Hyde Park, Chicago. You will be working for Kiser Group’s leading team of brokers and responsible for managing their databases and schedules, handling customer service inquiries and emails, and supervising a team of analysts.

Position Details:

  • The Sales Team Coordinator position is a full-time position
  • Your schedule will be M-F (8am-5pm)
  • Location: Hyde Park, Chicago
  • Salary: $40-50K (based upon experience) + yearly bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Database management
  • Task management
  • Train and supervise a team of analysts
  • Maintain and manage brokers’ calendars, schedules and emails
  • Handle client service inquiries

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of management, customer service, operations or logistics experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management capabilities
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
