Winnemac Properties, a property management firm specializing in multifamily apartment communities, acquired four multifamily properties in the Rogers Park area of Chicago’s North Side from Ansonia Property Management Group for $20 million, or approximately $91,000 per unit.
The portfolio includes a 56-unit building at 1412 W. Chase Ave.; a 56-unit building at 1310 W. Lunt Ave.; a 54-unit building at 1257 W. Lunt Ave.; and a 54-unit building at 6945 N. Ashland Blvd.
Winnemac Properties bought the 220-unit portfolio with plans to standardize management, renovate units, and create better housing.
