Lee Kiser
Principal / Managing Broker
773.293.5000

Lee Kiser is Co-Founder, Principal and Managing Broker of Kiser Group. Founded in 2005 by Lee and his partner, Estella Kiser (General Counsel, Kiser Group), the firm assists private investors and property owners with the acquisition and disposition of both stabilized and value-add multifamily properties – including vintage courtyard and walk-up buildings, mid-rises and garden-style apartment complexes – as well as mixed-use developments throughout the Chicago area. Lee is also still an active broker personally, with career transaction volume approaching $3 Billion.

In early 2015, Lee and partner Susan Tjarksen co-founded KIG CRE, a Chicago-based Midwest institutional commercial real estate brokerage specializing in new construction and value add multifamily property assignments. KIG works with large scale national and regional institutional owners and investors on the acquisition and disposition of large multifamily properties and portfolios, as well as consulting with developers of multifamily projects, whether apartment or condominium. KIG utilizes dynamic market intelligence created for a wider group of institutional multifamily decision makers, resulting in a more transparent and profitable process. In the past 18 months, KIG has sold more than $1 Billion in transactions.

In May of 2016, Lee and Susan co-founded Enodo, a patent-pending predictive analytics platform for the commercial real estate industry that objectively quantifies the investment potential of multifamily investment properties. Using real-time data from public and private sources covering approximately 800,000 multifamily properties nationwide, Enodo’s machine-learning algorithm untangles each of the factors that drives returns in multifamily investments. Enodo is part of the 2016 cohort at Elmspring Accelerator, a division of 1871.

Lee is an active investor in multiple real estate projects ranging from 6- flats to student housing to 300-acre developments. Lee holds a BS in business from the Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Lee enjoys working out, traveling and performing with his band, 6FM.
